A workspace is a logical container for pages, views and files. Workspaces can also contain sub-workspaces.
Working with Workspaces
To create a workspace in a source, you must have the source administrator role. Go to the source home page and click the edit button at the top of the page. An add button will appear below the list of workspaces. Click it, and enter the name of the new workspace. Select its read and write access levels, and click the proceed button.
To create a sub-workspace of another workspace, you must have write access to the parent workspace. Go to the parent workspace and click the edit button at the top of the page. An add button will appear below the list of workspace members. Click it, enter the name of the new workspace member, and select its type as Workspace. Select its read and write access levels, and click the proceed button.
You can change the name and access levels of the workspace by clicking its edit button on the source or parent workspace page. You cannot change the type of a sub-workspace unless it has no members. (If you meant to create a page, file, or view rather than a workspace, and have not yet given it any members, you can change the type.)
If a workspaces has no sub-workspaces then you can delete it by clicking the delete button on the source or parent workspace page. You can delete a workspace that has page, view or file members and, if you do, the members will be deleted also. You cannot delete a workspace that has sub-workspaces; you must delete them first.
To create, change or delete members of a workspace, click the edit button at the top of the workspace's page. You will then see add, edit, and delete buttons that enable you to add, change or delete members.
